Janet Fagundes Appraisals is a State Certified Residential Real Estate appraisal company, independently owned and operated.
Janet has proudly served Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Napa & Sacramento Counties for over 25 years.
Although she resides in Solano County, Janet grew up in Contra Costa County where she received much of her appraisal training as a staff appraiser with a major bank.
Throughout her years as a staff appraiser, Janet earned the opportunity to appraise all over California, Washington & Oregon, as well as managed a team of prominent appraisers.
In 2009, Janet became an independent appraiser, bringing with her an immense amount of appraisal experience. This expertise has allowed her to be an area expert from rural acreage properties to complex luxury homes for major lending institutions and private appraisals throughout Northern California.
